Methodology

Our software development practices are based on the Rational Unified Process as well as on agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming.

So far we have had great success developing software applications with the Waterfall methodology, prototyping and project iterations.

We use best in class business requirements collection and analysis practice to select the programming platform and operating environment for every new project. We are serious about project management (work breakdown structure and project plans, rigid time and cost estimations), QA (Test Plan, black- and white-box testing) and are exceptionally result-oriented.

If we are working on a body-leasing basis, the choice of the development methodology as well as project management is entirely up to the client.
