Our personnel are our main corporate asset and the key to our success. We pay special attention to retaining and motivating our existing staff as well as recruiting young professionals. Our specialists have stayed with the company for many years. During years of work on large-scale mission-critical IT projects they have honed their software engineering and communication skills.

Most of our programmers, testers and analysts have a solid educational background and hold a Master's in Computer Science. We continuously invest in our personnel by organising training in the most promising ITareas.

Working in the global market, we place particular emphasis on language proficiency. All our project leaders are fluent English speakers and all programmers have a good command of technical English.
